Via is committed to delivering a high standard of service to all customers. Through this, the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, supply-chain and wider public are critical priorities. This is in addition to a focus on high environmental performance with an aim of becoming a truly sustainable company.

Via has successfully achieved a series of accreditations that reflect these commitments. This includes ISO 9001 (Quality Management)ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) all of which are accredited through the British Standards Institution (BSI). In addition to this, Via holds National Highway Sector Scheme 8 certification for highway electrical works. This is supported by compliance with the Highway Electrical Registration Scheme (HERS) which demonstrates technical competence in the delivery of electrical works on the highway.

There is also a focus across Via on close-working with supply-chain partners to ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards are met. This is reflected in Via’s participation in the  Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) membership as part of our ISO 45001 accreditation.

Via is also partially accredited to the National Electricity Registration Scheme for installation and connections to the low voltage network.

Via has a dedicated focus on continual improvement throughout all operations to ensure services are delivered to the highest possible standards and in line with customer requirements.
