Client Challenges
Projects cover a wide range of diverse sites, from town centre drain collapses within the carriageway to rural culverts and kerbing works, all with slightly different requirements. Most jobs are relatively small, so we must be particularly careful that we keep strictly within the required scope for each individual job to stay within the limited budget.
Our Solution
Good project planning and accurate briefing were essential to maintain efficient delivery for these small but varied projects, especially given the distances involved. Some sites were completed in less than a day, so different sites were completed together when deadlines and equipment availability allowed. Frequent communications were held with the client help to keep the programme up to date and help to clarify the exact requirements for each job.
