Sadly, road accidents are still a leading cause of accidental death to children and young people. In-car safety is crucial to help minimise injuries and save lives. Your child’s safety is our priority, for this reason our Road Safety Team attend several events in all districts of Nottinghamshire throughout the year, to share advice on best practice for all things Child Car Seat.
Our team has undergone extensive training, with all members achieving a qualification in the Advanced Child Seat Training Programme.
We are at our busiest engaging with the public during the school holidays, however, we do deliver engagement sessions in term time too! Our Road Safety team can be found at a number of different supermarkets, public events, and Sure Start centres (just to name a few!).
